From an original study by the landscape painter Horatio McCulloch R.S.A. – originally produced for John Parker Lawson’s “Scotland Delineated in a Series of Views” (London : 1847-1854) , but here with the later imprint of J. G. Murdoch and produced for his undated publication “Scotland, Picturesque, Historical, Descriptive”.
