London : J. Mawman, 1821. A handsome antique print - a panoramic prospect of Colchester as it stood in the seventeenth century. The print is based on an image found in an Italian manuscript published by Mawman as the "Travels of Cosmo the Third, Grand Duke of Tuscany, through England, during the Reign of King Charles the Second (1669)" (London 1821). The work was accompanied by a number of views "as delineated at that period by artists in the suite of Cosmo".
