Engraved by William Taylor (fl.1825-1852) from an original study by the painter-architect Thomas Allom. Originally produced for the part-work series of views "The Counties of Chester, Derby, Nottingham, Leicester, Rutland, & Lincoln Illustrated" (London 1836-1837).
Steel line engraving on paper. Engraved surface 104 x 153mm (approx. 4-1/8" x 6"). In very good and clean state. A guaranteed genuine antique print.
