[London : Fisher, Son & Co., 1837]. A pleasing antique print - a fishing party in the foreground. Engraved by William Taylor (fl.1825-1852) from an original study by the painter-architect Thomas Allom. Originally produced for the part-work series of views "The Counties of Chester, Derby, Nottingham, Leicester, Rutland, & Lincoln Illustrated" (London 1836-1837).
Steel line engraving on paper. Engraved surface 104 x 153mm (approx. 4-1/8" x 6"). In very good and clean state. A guaranteed genuine antique print.

London : Vernor & Hood, 1805. An attractive antique print - a fisherman with rod and line below the distinctive shape of Ilam Rock. Engraved by William Angus (1752-1821) from a drawing by Delamotte and originally produced for the part-work "Beauties of England and Wales" (1801-1816).
Copper line engraving on paper. Engraved surface 110 x 150mm (approx. 4-3/8" x 5-7/8"). In very good and clean state. A guaranteed genuine antique print.
