[London : Leadenhall Press, 1891]. A pleasant antique print - a view of Throgmorton Street teeming with pedestrian traffic. From an original design by the painter and illustrator William Luker and engraved in Paris by Ch. Guillaume & Cie. for the Leadenhall Press publication "London City" (1891).
Hand touched and finished half-tone process block. Later hand colour. Image area 155 x 94mm (approx. 6" x 3-3/4"). Text on verso. In very good and clean state. A guaranteed genuine antique print.

Originally produced for Payne's "Illustrated London, or a Series of Views in the British Metropolis and its Vicinity" (London : 1846-1847) - and here in a slightly later impression.
