London : Bowles & Carver, 1800. An attractive and clearly engraved map of England and Wales, with southern Scotland (below Inverary) and the west coast of Ireland, neatly distinguishing between the principal leading roads, the great roads, and two classes of lesser roads. Distances are given from town to town, distances from London for the major towns, and distances are also given for the major sea crossings. The English and Welsh counties are individually delineated and coloured, and the design is completed by an attractive cartouche of coach, coachmen, saddle, whips, lantern and post-horn.

A guaranteed genuine antique map. This edition not located in any major UK library, although three other editions of 1797, 1804 and 1809 are recorded.

London : Chapman & Hall, [1833?]. A separately published version of the Hall map originally issued in November 1831 with the John Gorton part-work "A Topographical Dictionary of Great Britain and Ireland".
