[London : G. W. Bacon, ca. 1885]. An attractive map of the Fulham and Putney area of London, giving good detail on a scale of four inches to the mile. The area covered extends north to Hammersmith Broadway, east to West Kensington, Parsons Green and Hurlingham Park, south to show Carlton Road (now Carlton Drive) emerging on to Putney Hill, and west to include Barnes Station, Castelnau, etc. Originally produced for Bacon's "New Atlas of London and Suburbs".
Lithograph on paper, with full original hand colour. Printed surface 273 x 205mm (approx. 10-3/4" x 8"). Faint original fold, but overall in very good and clean state. A guaranteed genuine antique map.

[London : J. Cooke, 1779]. A handsome eighteenth-century print - a sweeping view of Putney, Fulham and the old wooden bridge from the Putney riverside estate of Sir Gerard van Neck. Originally produced for Cooke's part-work, "A New and Universal History, Description and Survey of the Cities of London and Westminster" (London : 1775-1777). The present example is the slightly later state, utilised to accompany another Cooke part-work, "The Modern Universal British Traveller" (London : 1779).
Copper line engraving on paper. Engraved surface 174 x 277mm (approx. 6-5/8" x 10-7/8 "). A few minor marks, spots and faint creases; some slight damage and paper thinning to lower margin - not affecting image, but overall in good and clean state. A guaranteed genuine antique print. Adams 60/009.

A handsome late eighteenth-century antique print - a view from the old wooden bridge at Putney towards the parish church of All Saints at Fulham - the view set within an engraved beaded border. Originally engraved for the John Cooke part-work publication, Henry Chamberlain, "A New and Compleat History and Survey of the Cities of London and Westminster" (London : 1770).
Copper line engraving on paper. Engraved surface 120 x 169mm (approx. 4-3/4" x 6-5/8"). Trimmed a touch close, a few minor marks and signs of age, but overall in very good and clean state. A guaranteed genuine antique print. Adams 48/065A.

Engraved by George Cooke (1781-1834) from an original study by James Stark. Originally produced for Cooke's part-work "Views in London and its Vicinity" series (London : 1826-1834) - and here in a later impression.
Etching and line engraving on paper. Engraved surface 134 x 179mm (approx. 5-1/4" x 7"). Trimmed tight at foot, with minor wear to lower edges, but otherwise in very good and clean state. A guaranteed genuine antique print. Adams 149/049.
