Engraved by Robert Hinshelwood from an original study by Asa Coolidge Warren. Originally produced for the serially published "Picturesque America" (New York : 1872-1874), with the present example from the London edition of 1881-1885.
Steel line engraving on paper. Later hand colour. Engraved surface 169 x 233mm (approx. 6-5/8" x 9-1/8"). A few faint marks, but overall in very good and clean state. A guaranteed genuine antique print.
