Engraved by William Woolnoth (1780-1837) from a study by Thomas Hosmer Shepherd, worked up from a sketch by G. Holmes. Originally produced for Edward William Brayley’s “The Ancient Castles of England and Wales” (London : 1825).
Line engraving on paper. Engraved surface 99 x 145mm (approx. 3-7/8” x 5-3/4”). In very good and clean state. A guaranteed genuine antique print.
