Engraved by Samuel Valentine Hunt (1803-1893) from an original study by William Stanley Haseltine. Originally produced for the serially published "Picturesque America" (New York : 1872-1874).
Steel line engraving on paper. Engraved surface 152 x 227mm (approx. 6" x 9"). A couple of tiny marks, but overall in very good and clean state. A guaranteed genuine antique print.

Originally produced for John Howard Hinton's serially published "The History and Topography of the United States" (London : 1830-1832).
Steel line engraving on paper. Engraved surface 120 x 169mm (approx. 4-3/4" x 6-5/8"). Faint mark in extreme lower margin, but overall in very good and clean state. A guaranteed genuine antique print.
