London : George Virtue, 1836. A most attractive antique print – cattle water in the Beauly near the rocky ridge in the gorge. Engraved by George K. Richardson (fl.1833-1846) from an original study by Thomas Allom. Originally produced for the part-work series “Scotland Illustrated” (London : 1835-1838).
Steel line engraving on paper. Engraved surface 148 x 172mm (approx. 5-7/8” x 6-3/4”). In very good and clean state. A guaranteed genuine antique print.

Engraved by James Charles Armytage (1802-1897) from an original study by Thomas Allom (1804-1872). Originally produced for the part-work series “Scotland Illustrated” (London 1835-1838).
Steel line engraving on paper. Engraved surface 135 x 176mm (approx. 5-3/8” x 6-7/8”). A few faint marks, but overall in very good and clean state. A guaranteed genuine antique print.
