Engraved by John le Keux (1783-1846) from an original study by the painter and architect Robert William Billings. Originally produced for George Godwin’s serially published “The Churches of London” (London : 1837-1839).

London : John Harris, 1815. An antique print of the celebrated statue of the eminent London historian, John Stow (1525?-1605) – his quill replaced annually in honour and remembrance. Engraved by Charles Pye (1777-1864) from an original study by John Preston Neale, and originally produced for the part-work “Beauties of England and Wales” (1801-1816).
