London : J. Booth, 1812. A handsome antique print - the exterior of the Wren church on College Hill. Engraved by Joseph Skelton (1781?-1850) from an original drawing (now in the British Museum) by W. Coney. Originally produced for the part-work series "Architectura Ecclesiastica Londini; being a Series of Views" (London : 1810-1823) - "the first artistically competent and exhaustive illustration of the golden age of London church building" (Adams). Below the image are several lines of explanatory text.
Copper line engraving on paper. Engraved surface 269 x 164mm (approx. 10-5/8" x 6-1/2"). A few tiny marks, but overall in very good and clean state. A guaranteed genuine antique print. Adams 129/093.

Engraved by John Henry le Keux (1812-1896) from an original study by the painter and architect James Robert Thompson (fl.1806-1848). Originally produced for George Godwin's serially published "The Churches of London" (London : 1837-1839).
Steel line engraving on paper. Engraved surface 164 x 101mm (approx. 6-1/2" x 4"). In very good and clean state. A guaranteed genuine antique print. Adams 189/061.
