[London : Cassell & Co., 1878]. A handsome antique print - the glassed-in interior of the great railway station. Originally produced as a supplementary presentation plate for the part-work "Old and New London" (London : 1873-1878).
Line engraving on paper. Later hand colour. Engraved surface 135 x 202mm (approx. 5-3/8" x 8"). A couple of tiny paper dimples to lower blank margin, but otherwise in very good and clean state. A guaranteed genuine antique print.

Engraved by Charles James Bromley (fl.1860-1878) from an original study (based on earlier sources) by William Henry Prior. Originally produced for the part-work "Old and New London" (London : 1873-1878).
