Engraved by William Alexander le Petit (fl.1829-1855) from an original study by the north country artist George Pickering. Originally produced for the part-work "Northern Tourist" series (London : 1832-1835).
Steel line engraving on paper. Engraved surface 104 x 155mm (approx. 4-1/8" x 6-1/8"). Very faint creasing to lower margin, but overall in very good and clean state. A guaranteed genuine antique print.
