Engraved by William Woolnoth (fl.1805-1850) from an original study by the much-admired William Henry Bartlett, worked up for publication by Thomas Creswick R.A. Originally produced for the part-work series "Switzerland Illustrated" (London : 1834-1836).
Steel line engraving on paper. Engraved surface 134 x 173mm (approx. 5-1/4" x 6-7/8"). A few faint marks to outer margins, but overall in very good and clean state. A guaranteed genuine antique print.
