London : Tombleson & Co., [1834]. A handsome antique print showing the bridge in the distance and a fishing expedition in preparation. With an engraved decorative border in "gothick" style, with a floral motif. Engraved by Henry Winkles (1800-1860) from an original design by William Tombleson (fl.1824-1846). Originally published in the part-work series "Tombleson's Views of the Thames and Medway" (London : 1833-1834).
Steel line engraving on paper. Later hand colour. Engraved surface 160 x 205mm (approx. 6-5/8" x 8-1/4"). In very good and clean state. A guaranteed genuine antique print. Adams 178/029.
