[London : Fisher, Son & Co., 1840]. A very pleasant antique print – a prospect of nineteenth-century Waterford. Engraved by William Taylor (fl.1830-1858) from an original study by William Henry Bartlett. Originally produced for the part-work series “Ireland Illustrated” (London : 1829-1832), and here in a slightly later impression.
Steel line engraving on paper. Engraved surface 104 x 156mm (approx. 4-1/8” x 6-1/8”). A couple of tiny specks, but overall in very good and clean state. A guaranteed genuine antique print.

London : J. Walker, 1799. A handsome antique print – small boats on the estuary in County Waterford. Engraved by James Sargant Storer (1771-1853) from an original drawing by Holmes. Originally produced for Walker’s “The Copper-Plate Magazine, or Monthly Cabinet of Picturesque Prints” (London : 1792-1802).
Copper line engraving on paper. Engraved surface 123 x 164mm (approx. 4-7/8” x 6-1/2”). A few faint marks to outer blank margins, but overall in very good and clean state. A guaranteed genuine antique print.
