[London : George Virtue, 1835]. A dramatic antique print – fire breaks out on the upper floors. Engraved by Henry Wallis (1805-1890) from an original study by the architect and painter Thomas Allom. Originally produced for the part-work series “Scotland Illustrated” (London : 1835-1838).
Steel line engraving on paper. Engraved surface 127 x 180mm (approx. 5” x 7-1/8”). In very good and clean state. A guaranteed genuine antique print.

Engraved by Archelaus Cruse (1806-1861) from an original study by John Preston Neale. Originally produced for the partwork series “Views of the Seats, Mansions, Castles, etc. of Noblemen and Gentlemen” (London : 1829-1831).

Originally produced for John Parker Lawson’s “Scotland Delineated in a Series of Views” (London : 1847-1854), but here with the slightly later imprint of J. G. Murdoch and produced for his undated publication “Scotland, Picturesque, Historical, Descriptive”.
Tint lithograph on paper, with supplementary later hand colour. Printed surface 159 x 185mm (approx. 6-1/4” x 7-1/4”). In very good and clean state. A guaranteed genuine antique print.
