Engraved by James Basire (1796-1869) from an original study by the rector, antiquary and naturalist, Thomas Rackett. Originally produced to accompany the "Gentleman's Magazine" in 1824.
Line engraving on paper. Engraved surface 177 x 103mm (approx. 7-1/8" x 4"). Tiny marks to outer corners of margins, but otherwise in very good and clean state. A guaranteed genuine antique print.
