A collection of thirty-eight poems, including “Meat in its Married Bliss”, “Coquette”, “Sundown, Reading Shelley”, etc. “His best poems betray no disparity between aim and achievement” (James Lasdun).
Demy 8vo (23cm). 60pp. Original sage boards, lettered in gilt; a few tiny spots to top edge, but otherwise very good in the original black, white and green dust-jacket – also very good, save a few spots to flaps.
